Friendly and knowledgeable place. My experience was one of the best I have experienced over the years as a female, it can be daunting going in to garages on you're own. However, There was no pressure or hassle booking the car in for maintenance, I was advised and given different options to select on the authorisation prior to the vehicle being in the garage. On the day, all the staff were friendly, and kept in touch with updates throughout the day.
I especially appreciated the personal touch of the service book in the car and prefilled.
