Very friendly and professional. They take the time to listen and understand before making their decisions. I took my Škoda Octavia in for a DSG gearbox fault. They scanned the car for errors for free then explained roughly what was going on and that it would require a min of 2 hrs labour to test wiring and components. Fault was found and a DSG selector lever was fitted and fixed. It wasn’t a cheap part or labour but genuine parts were used and you have to pay for quality knowledgeable workmanship. Thanks
