What can I say? Excellent!

I've had two separate repairs carried out on my VW Golf GTD recently by Fife Autotech, Glenrothes. The repairs were to its clutch and engine/gearbox seals. On both occasions the faults were promptly and accurately diagnosed, and timely undertaken at a competitive cost. I found the staff to be very helpful and informative leaving me more VW enlightened by the experience. Chay was always on hand to provide a breakdown as to the "whats and whys" of my car problems with guided advice in order that I was involved with cost and repair decisions.

My car was given a Health Check, with a Colour Code report detailing what was found, each finding was categorised either....Satisfactory(Green), Pending(Amber) or Urgent(Red) action required, excellent!! Questions put to Staff were promptly answered with detailed knowledge of the business and good customer care spoken in plain customer jargon..... straight forward!! I collected my car, engine tuned over and above agreed excellent work carried out to it. Autotech is now my GO-TO stop garage for all work required on my car in future. I most certainly endorse them for car repair, engine tuning, engine etc diagnostics and maintenance. David Smith.
